Counting Packing Machine/Tablet Counter
This device is able to count tablets, capsules, soft gels, or other countable products such as chocolates and sweets, snacks, biscuits and cookies, smarties, and gum. This device can also be used for secondary packaging of all kinds of sachets, packaged alcohol pads, packaged dehumidifier tablets, and… . This machine can be ordered semi-automatically or fully automatically, therefore, it is included in the packaging lines of counting/filling tablets or other countable products.
This device is designed using a 3-stage resonance feeder, 4 channels of high-speed optical sensors, and an output that can count all kinds of tablets and capsules in any dimension with high speed and accuracy. It is also possible to add more channels to increase the counting rate.
